About NAWHSL
The National Association of Women Highway Safety Leaders (NAWHSL) is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) organization founded in 1967. The NAWHSL mission is to disseminate information, conduct educational programs, promote safe behavior among high-risk populations, and ensure vigorous, effective public policy and programs to reduce highway safety crashes and crash severity.

To serve as a resource to all who are dedicated to creating a culture for which traffic fatalities and serious injuries are no longer acceptable.

Traffic Crash Injury Prevention
We welcome men and women to join as associate members. Associates will receive the NAWHSL Newsletter and an invitation to the annual traffic safety leadership conference. Your $50 dues allow NAWHSL to extend its outreach to national, state, and community partners to strengthen our roadway safety and injury prevention effectiveness.
